Candidates should have at least 3 years of outpatient coding experience in a hospital setting, preferably with Meditech EHR, with strong knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding systems and outpatient billing processes. Required certifications include AHIMA Certification; CCS or CPC preferred. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
