We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Profee Medical Coder with CPC (Certified Professional Coder) certification to join our healthcare team. You will be responsible for accurately coding outpatient procedures and diagnoses to ensure precise billing and reimbursement.
Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing medical records, assigning CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10, and ICD codes, ensuring accurate DRG assignments for outpatient services, collaborating with billing teams, maintaining compliance with coding guidelines and payer requirements, using EMR/EHR systems efficiently, conducting audits for accuracy, and keeping updated on coding standards.
Skills required include strong knowledge of DRG classifications, CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10 coding, medical billing processes, proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, excellent understanding of medical terminology and healthcare documentation, ability to interpret complex medical records accurately, and strong attention to detail to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- CPC (Certified Professional Coder) certification required
