Salish Cancer Center is seeking a skilled Medical Coder & Biller with oncology experience to join their team. This full-time, on-site position in Fife, WA supports accurate, compliant, and efficient revenue cycle operations.
You will assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for oncology services including hematology, chemotherapy, infusions, and immunotherapy; review provider documentation; prepare and submit claims; resolve claim denials and manage appeals; conduct infusion billing audits; track coding trends and compliance risks; collaborate with clinical and finance teams; and serve as a subject matter expert to support patient-centered service.
Candidates should have 2+ years of medical coding and accounts receivable experience in oncology or a CHONC credential, knowledge of oncology coding and payer guidelines, experience with EHRs and electronic claims, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
