At Vitruvian Health, a leading healthcare system in northwest Georgia and southeast Tennessee, we are committed to compassionate care and supporting our team members' growth and success.

The associate must possess knowledge of medical record content, medical terminology, anatomy & physiology, ICDCM/PCS & CPT coding systems. Ability to examine charts and verify documentation for accurate code assignment is required, along with clear communication of medical coding information to providers, healthcare professionals, and clinical staff.

Knowledge of coding concepts, principles, medical coding and billing systems, and related legal, regulatory, and policy compliance is essential. The role demands good judgment, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and consistent quality work are crucial. Good verbal, written, and computer communication skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, are necessary. The position requires strong self-discipline and time management due to its remote nature.
