Community Health Network is seeking an HIM Certified Coder responsible for coding and abstracting for physician billing using software and coding books based on current work assignment.
Applicants should be able to collaborate in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Two (2) years of coding experience preferred.
Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) certification through AHIMA must be obtained within twelve months of hire.
Remote work is allowed for caregivers residing in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Florida, and Texas. Applicants from other states must relocate within 60 days if hired.
Work schedule is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with flexible hours after training.
