- Inpatient Coding certificate required: Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC)
- 3-5 years of Inpatient Coding experience

Job Description:
- Coordinate daily activities of staff and information systems activities within departments
- Assess and monitor staff productivity through standards and metrics to optimize performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with Information Services and Finance departments to ensure optimal system-wide best practices
- Plan, manage, and organize service delivery initiatives involving networking, integration, systems, security, data center, and related vendors
- Manage related information systems and facilitate synchronization with other organizational systems
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to Revenue Cycle Quality and Performance Management function
- Identify and report statistics, trends, and analysis to management
- Perform ad-hoc analyses; recommend and implement approved process improvements
- Develop business plans including timeline, funding, procedures, staffing, and resource allocation
- Manage staff activities to ensure project progress within schedule and budget
- Provide technical advice, problem resolution, implement solutions regarding customer complaints, regulatory changes, and insurance updates
- Ensure information system integrity and synchronization
- Work with vendors and customers on business proposals defining deliverables, requirements, risks, stakeholders, roles, responsibilities and budget
- Monitor vendor performance and take corrective actions as necessary
- Track performance against business plans, analyze variances, and participate in problem solving
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- 10+ years relevant experience with 2+ years leadership/management experience
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Comfortable adapting quickly to changing education needs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong research and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
