Experience in the field of Physical Therapy.
Proven ability to process insurance claims, manage denials, and interpret insurance guidelines.
Strong knowledge of reading remittance advice (EOBS) and resolving claim denials.
Experience in Customer Service and managing aging reports.
Credentialing Experience, including knowledge of various insurance requirements and working with multiple Tax IDs.
Proficiency with EMR systems and Medical Billing Software.
