Clearlink Partners is a leading managed care consultancy providing clinical and operational management services for Managed Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and other specialized plans. The Coding Policy Analyst supports development, maintenance, and implementation of coding policies aligned with industry standards and regulations. Key duties include conducting provider coding analyses, supporting provider appeals with detailed coding rationale, collaborating cross-functionally on coding policy issues, managing coding systems (CPT, ICD-10), developing educational materials, and participating in coding policy committees.
Additional responsibilities include supporting market/product operational oversight, project management, delivery assurance, staff supervision, workflow improvement, compliance audits, and client engagement. The role requires managing complex projects, knowledge of managed care operations and regulations, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications include coding certification (Facility Managed), 5+ years of CPT coding experience in healthcare or managed care, and 2+ years in a managerial role preferably in government payor environments. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. This position is remote and may require some travel.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $115,000 per year.
