Responsibilities include arranging educational sessions aimed at improving quality of care and documentation, identifying educational needs based on reports, preparing reports and presentations on coding quality trends and risk areas, providing onsite education based on business needs, collaborating with market provider-facing roles, and using data analytics tools to assess coding quality and monitor compliance.
Analyze coding audit results to develop data-driven educational materials, participate in cross-functional teams to improve documentation and workflow processes, and contribute to data integrity efforts.
This role involves working remotely with occasional travel (up to 5%) to provider offices in the region.
Required qualifications include AHIMA or AAPC CPC certification, 3+ years medical coding education/auditing experience in healthcare, proficiency with data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI), experience presenting to healthcare providers and leadership, knowledge of Risk Adjustment and coding guidelines, and residence in NC, SC, GA, VA, MD, or TN.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, CRC certification, experience working with healthcare providers, strong Microsoft Office skills, valid driver's license, and Medicare Risk Adjustment knowledge.

Employment is full-time with a 40-hour workweek. The compensation range is $59,300 to $80,900 annually, with eligibility for bonus incentives based on performance.
