This position is responsible for Revenue Cycle application(s)/module(s) of Epic under little or no supervision. It suits individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, able to multitask and eager to learn new technologies. The analyst will collaborate and provide expert-level support to counterparts from other applications to meet development and implementation objectives for assigned Epic applications. Responsibilities include managing priorities, serving as project lead for key initiatives including project management duties, developing and documenting procedures, and interacting professionally with leadership, faculty, staff, and vendors.
Key duties involve understanding and documenting workflows, designing and building system enhancements, performing maintenance and configuration updates, creating test scripts and plans, supporting application and workflow testing, providing tier-two support to end-users, troubleshooting, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with deployment of application changes. Other duties as assigned.

Preferred licenses/certifications: PB & PB Claims preferred. Epic certification must be maintained per Epic Corporation standards.
