Aeroflow Health, a leading provider of home medical equipment and clinical support services, seeks a strategic healthcare leader to drive reimbursement strategy, care model innovation, and scalable clinical service design for the Mom & Baby division. This senior director role focuses on translating payer policies and reimbursement frameworks into sustainable business and care models, supporting long-term growth beyond DME.
Responsibilities include serving as the enterprise expert on federal, state, and commercial reimbursement rules; developing reimbursement infrastructure for maternal health and virtual care; maintaining knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes relevant to maternal and perinatal services; aligning care delivery with payer requirements; partnering cross-functionally to ensure compliant billing, operational scalability, and exceptional patient care; and monitoring reimbursement trends and regulatory changes.
The role requires 8+ years in medical reimbursement, coding, or regulatory research, expertise in coding and payer policy interpretation, and experience with telehealth and maternal health reimbursement. Strong leadership and communication skills to guide diverse stakeholders and strategic business acumen are essential.

- 8+ years of experience in medical reimbursement, payer policy analysis, provider coding, or regulatory research
- Demonstrated expertise in CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 coding and payer policy
- Experience with telehealth, maternal health services, and multi-state reimbursement
- Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial coverage policies
- Ability to evaluate reimbursement feasibility for new clinical/educational services
- Advanced skills synthesizing policy, coding, and compliance into leadership recommendations
Preferred:
- Coding certifications (CPC, CPB, CCS, CRC, etc.)
- Experience with perinatal/women's health services (lactation, doula, CHW, PT)
- Familiarity with payer negotiations and virtual care delivery
- Experience with multi-service, multi-state healthcare organizations
- Knowledge of EHR/documentation workflows and billing automation
