We are hiring licensed or provisional mental health clinicians (PPC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to provide comprehensive mental health services including individual, group, and family counseling to diverse populations.
Responsibilities include conducting thorough diagnostic evaluations using ICD-9, ICD-10, and CPT coding standards, developing individualized treatment plans with modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Provide counseling sessions tailored to children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, or individuals with developmental disabilities. Manage crisis situations and offer specialized counseling for PTSD, grief, addiction, chronic pain, and gender issues.
Document clinical notes accurately following HIPAA compliance, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care, and utilize telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions. Maintain current knowledge of mental health research and participate in professional development.
Candidates must be professional licensed or provisional mental health clinicians, experienced in psychotherapy techniques including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, ABA, and crisis intervention. Must have skills in motivational interviewing, experience with children, family counseling, and specialized populations such as autism spectrum disorders. Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding systems, intake assessments, telehealth proficiency, and HIPAA compliance is required.
