As an Accenture Flex employee, you will help drive business transformation for leading organizations and communities using the latest emerging technologies.
Responsibilities include configuring Charge Router Work queues and Charge Entry setups, understanding Charge Router workflows including preprocessing and destination routing, creating rules and macros, running reconciliation and testing reports, working with Epic HIM hospital coding functions including Workqueues, Rules, SVC, and coding queries, and supporting coding workflows involving ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and MS-DRG assignments. Experience with Solventum/3M Encompass 360 or similar encoder/grouper tools is preferred. The role includes troubleshooting build and interface issues and developing documentation for system changes.
Basic qualifications require a minimum of 3 years of work experience, Epic certification, and hands-on experience in Epic HIM Hospital Coding and Charge Router setup. A High School Diploma or GED is required.
Preferred qualifications are Epic Charge Router Certification and Epic HIM Hospital Coding Certification.
Compensation varies; the hourly rate range is $51.20 to $61.20 depending on location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.
