Territory Account Manager - Pediatric and OBGYN Clinics

Duties

  • Deliver equipment to accounts and maintain closet inventory levels.
  • Provide in-service training to educate clinic staff on products and administrative responsibilities.
  • Distribute Patient Education and Marketing materials tailored for each consortium.
  • Manage purchase agreement transmission, including CPT coding, ICD-10 coding, and revenue cycle management to facilitate timely reimbursements.
  • Conduct account analysis to identify and correct inventory level discrepancies.
  • Utilize proprietary software to update accounts and generate daily routing reports.
  • Attend biannual trade shows.
  • Accept after-hours customer service calls.

Requirements

  • Dependable and conscientious
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • College degree or equivalent
  • Previous sales or customer account management experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in accounting software used for managing accounts
  • Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships with key opinion leaders
  • Strong math skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and financial calculations
