We are a pediatric patient-focused dental practice committed to providing high-quality care and a smooth administrative experience. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Insurance & Eligibility Coordinator to join our front office team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify patient dental insurance coverage and eligibility for dental services
- Accurately enter and update insurance information in practice software
- Submit and follow up on insurance claims
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, benefits, and discrepancies
- Assist patients in understanding their coverage, benefits, and financial responsibilities
- Coordinate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure efficient workflow
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Greeting patients and families in a friendly, professional manner
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in dental insurance verification and billing required
- Strong understanding of dental procedures, codes, and insurance processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix) preferred
