Midi Health is a fully remote virtual care clinic dedicated to women's health, focusing on perimenopause, menopause, and midlife health challenges. The Licensing Specialist will support provider licensing processes, manage multi-state licensure applications, and ensure compliance with state regulations including Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPAs). This role entails coordinating licensing timelines, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to support onboarding and compliance requirements.
This position is contract-based, initially for 2 months with potential extension, offering a flexible schedule and a $35/hour pay rate. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Midi Health fosters an inclusive and equitable work environment.
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare licensing experience
- Experience with Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPAs)
- Knowledge of Nursing Compact Licensure (NLC) and multi-state practice requirements
- Experience managing license applications for Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, and Medical Doctors
- Familiarity with credentialing and licensing systems such as Verifiable or Salesforce
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
- Detail-oriented with ability to navigate state-specific regulatory requirements
