- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical oversight in a clinic-based setting (with some home support as needed)
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and trainees
- Lead parent training focusing on real-life application
- Use data to drive meaningful clinical decisions and outcomes
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership mindset
