Quality Assurance Specialist

Center for Human Services (CHS) is a large local non-profit serving youth and families in Stanislaus County, focused on strengthening and supporting through various programs with values including integrity, responsiveness, respect, partnerships, innovation, and results.

Responsibilities include data entry into Behavioral Health electronic records, processing behavioral health surveys and transfers, monitoring program assignments and master logs, ensuring data integrity for counseling services, scheduling referrals, preparing reports, mailing letters, record requests processing, managing communication with other agencies, supporting psychiatrist schedules, verifying Medi-Cal eligibility, auditing charts, transporting documents, training new staff, updating policies, and providing general administrative support.

Qualifications require at least one year of office experience, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, familiarity with BHRS Database and Clinic Tracker systems preferred, ability to multitask and work independently, passing agency criminal justice, TB, health drug screenings, valid California driver's license with clean driving record.

Demonstrated professionalism, advocacy for clients and agency, effective interpersonal skills with diverse populations, confidentiality adherence, participation in trainings and community engagement are required.
