Primary Responsibilities:
- Assessment and treatment plan development
- Clinical Programming: challenging behavior management, skill acquisition, and data collection strategies
- Ongoing evaluation of caregiver/client progress
- Report writing
- Conduct regular in-home team clinic meetings with therapists and caregivers
- Provide direct intervention services to clients as needed
- Provide training and ongoing support to caregivers and staff
- Must be able to drive to clients up to 30 miles away
Qualifications:
- MA/MS in Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field from an accredited institution
- BCBA Certification completed
- 3+ years experience with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and mental health disorders
- Experience with severely challenging behaviors and related intervention strategies
- Excellent management and clinical skills
- Mastery of ABA principles, theory, methods, and evidence-based practices
- Knowledge of effective clinical decision making and outcomes-based interventions
- Experience collaborating with Regional Centers, School Districts, and other agencies highly valued
- Bilingual skills encouraged
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proper background check

- Position is in-clinic
- Willingness to travel 25% preferred
