Join ARcare as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist delivering Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and Diabetes Self-Management Education and Training (DSME/T) to patients both in clinics and via Telehealth. Responsibilities include assessing patient nutritional needs, developing individualized care plans using the Nutrition Care Process, educating patients and caregivers on nutrition and lifestyle strategies, accurate documentation in electronic health records, collaborating with program teams, and complying with professional guidelines including HIPAA.
This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems, and the ability to work with diverse populations. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in nutrition/dietetics with ACEND accreditation, have completed a supervised practice program, and hold licensure as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). CPR certification is required; Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) preferred. Experience of at least one year in dietetics or similar role is preferred.
