Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervision of all behavior programming activities on campus
- Modeling of professional skills and behavior for Adult Day Program Manager, Adult Day Program Supervisor, Instructional Support Specialists (ISS) and Instructional Support Monitors (ISM)
- Provision of leadership to supervisors to promote effective behavioral programming principles and differential reinforcement procedures
- Oversight of software, technology, and equipment supporting the behavioral services department
- Ensuring necessary equipment and resources are purchased as needed
- Supervision of behavior support plan development, with technical assistance from consultants
- Attendance at Instructional Supports Review Committee (ISRC) meetings
- Coordination of reinforcement systems for behavior programs
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of Master's Degree in Psychology or Education
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Minimum of one year's experience with developmental disabilities
- Good driving record preferred
