BCBA Coordinator of Instructional Supports

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supervision of all behavior programming activities on campus
  • Modeling of professional skills and behavior for Adult Day Program Manager, Adult Day Program Supervisor, Instructional Support Specialists (ISS) and Instructional Support Monitors (ISM)
  • Provision of leadership to supervisors to promote effective behavioral programming principles and differential reinforcement procedures
  • Oversight of software, technology, and equipment supporting the behavioral services department
  • Ensuring necessary equipment and resources are purchased as needed
  • Supervision of behavior support plan development, with technical assistance from consultants
  • Attendance at Instructional Supports Review Committee (ISRC) meetings
  • Coordination of reinforcement systems for behavior programs

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of Master's Degree in Psychology or Education
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Minimum of one year's experience with developmental disabilities
  • Good driving record preferred
