We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing Representative to join a growing compounding pharmacy team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of pharmacy claims, patient billing, insurance verification, payment posting, and account follow-up.
The Billing Representative works closely with patients, insurance companies, providers, and internal pharmacy staff to resolve billing issues and deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.

Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of medical, pharmacy, or healthcare billing experience
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
Preferred
- Experience in a compounding pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or retail pharmacy billing
- Familiarity with pharmacy management software and billing platforms
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or other billing certification
Knowledge and skills
