This role is based onsite in Plano, Texas and works an 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST schedule.
You will support medical records transaction processing by sorting and retrieving medical records, managing sensitive information, performing customer record lookups, and burning medical records onto CDs for mailing to destination sites. The role also includes queue management, reporting, and performance dashboard support.
Minimum qualifications
