In this role, you will help ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of patient medical information and support the organization’s commitment to resident care.
You will maintain, update, and retrieve patient medical records, work with healthcare staff to resolve discrepancies, perform quality control checks, and support quality improvement initiatives related to medical records management.
High school diploma or equivalent required; medical records or related experience preferred.
