Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and organize patient medical records in electronic and paper-based systems.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
