Maintain resident medical records in accordance with state and federal regulations, professional standards of practice, and company policies and procedures.
Ensure the management and accuracy of resident medical records from pre-admission through post-discharge.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Passion for working with seniors
- Flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- RHIA or RHIT credential preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical records in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
- Experience with ICD coding preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, laws, and regulations as they pertain to LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings
- Effective communication skills for working with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies
- Professional appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
