Datavant is hiring a detail-oriented Health Information Specialist I to support two sites in a hybrid/on-site capacity in the Toledo / Middleburg Heights, OH area.
This role focuses on Release of Information (ROI) operations within Health Information Management (HIM) departments, ensuring HIPAA compliance and secure handling of protected health information. The specialist will process medical record requests, work across multiple EMR systems, and provide coverage at either location as needed.
The position includes structured onboarding and on-the-job training, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
High school diploma or GED required.
