Datavant is a healthcare data collaboration platform focused on making health data secure, accessible, and actionable. This entry-level role processes release of information (ROI) requests for medical records accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
This is an onsite position in Bentonville, AR, with responsibilities that include handling patient records, supporting walk-ins, managing calls and faxes, and documenting information across multiple platforms.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong data entry skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach to medical records work
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to commute between locations as needed
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons when required
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Release of Information experience
- Previous production- or metric-based work experience
- In-person customer service experience
