Ensure the integrity of the patient medical record and provide clerical support for processing signed and unsigned orders, 485s, and other key documents. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all records are saved to the patient medical record.

Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience using a computer, including typing and clerical skills
- Basic technology skills, including use of a mobile device
- Six months of experience in medical records in a health care office preferred
- Valid state driver’s license
- Automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Dependable transportation in good working condition
- Ability to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
