Requirements & Qualifications
Responsibilities
- Interact with case managers and providers via phone, email, and chat
- Work through assigned records requests each day
- Retrieve medical records and bills for law firms
- Ensure special authorizations are completed
- Track the progress of requests in the system
- Communicate professionally and build positive relationships with providers and coworkers
- Stay organized while managing a steady workflow
- Think critically through unexpected problems
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone regularly
- Reliable and willing to learn
- High school diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged sitting, standing, or bending
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as keyboard, computer, headset, and mouse
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- On-site attendance required
