Ensure the integrity of the patient medical record for a home health and hospice provider. Provide clerical support by processing signed and unsigned orders, 485s, and other key documents, and ensure all documents are saved to the patient medical record.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience using a computer, including typing and clerical skills
- Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device
- Six months of medical records experience in a health care office preferred
- Valid state driver license
- Automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Dependable transportation in good working condition
- Ability to safely drive in all types of weather conditions
