Responsibilities
Ensure the integrity of patient medical records. Provide clerical support by processing signed and unsigned orders, 485s, and other key documents, and ensure all documents are saved to the patient medical record.
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience using a computer, including typing and clerical skills
- Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device
- Six months of experience in medical records in a health care office is highly preferred
- Valid state driver license
- Automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Dependable transportation in good working condition
- Ability to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
