PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking a Field Reimbursement & Market Access Manager to support the introduction of the AquaBeam Robotic System across a designated territory.
This field-based role focuses on reimbursement strategy execution to help improve patient access to therapy and surgery, reduce reimbursement barriers for providers, and support market access for Aquablation.
The position partners closely with clinicians, administrators, and internal sales and marketing teams to educate customers, support reimbursement processes, and help address payer and patient access issues.
A Bachelor of Arts or Science degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of medical device reimbursement and/or health economics experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. private payers and Medicare coverage and payment
- Experience working closely with field sales teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and education skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, including influencing, conflict resolution, and creative problem solving
- Ability to analyze and present customer financial data
- Comfortable working virtually with business technology tools
- Able to manage complex projects independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
- Proximity to a major airport preferred
