Join Ivy Rehab’s dedicated team as a Pediatric ABA Clinic Director & Investing Partner and help launch a new outpatient ABA clinic in Hermitage, PA.
This is a startup/de novo opportunity where you can focus on patient care while Ivy Rehab supports the business side of the clinic, including marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, systems, compliance, HR, accounting, revenue cycle, and payor contracts.
The role includes leadership responsibilities and a treating element, with the opportunity to help build and grow your own clinic while receiving support, training, and mentorship before launch.
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program
- Current or pending BCBA license or certification required
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred
Role expectations
- Willingness to participate in startup clinic development
- Ability to provide clinical treatment services alongside leadership duties
