PIP Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is hiring a Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a pediatric dental and orthodontic office in Snoqualmie, Washington. This role focuses on strong team leadership, efficient workflows, financial oversight, and delivering a high-quality patient experience in a warm, family-friendly environment.
The Practice Manager works closely with the Director of Operations to support administrative and financial practices, coordinate clinical and front office teams, and help ensure smooth operations across the practice.
- Progressive experience in dental practice management with increasing responsibility
- Strong knowledge of dental and orthodontic coding, billing, and insurance processes
- 2–5 years of experience managing and leading teams
- Experience coaching, accountability, supervision, and performance feedback
- Metrics-driven mindset with experience tracking production and collections goals
- Experience managing patient and insurance billing end to end
- Proficiency with accounts receivable strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to pass background and reference checks
