Join Ivy Rehab’s pediatric ABA team as a clinic director and investing partner. This role combines clinical leadership with the opportunity to help launch and grow a new outpatient ABA clinic. You will focus on patient care while Ivy Rehab supports the business side of the clinic, including operations, marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, systems, recruiting, compliance, and growth planning.
This is a start-up clinic in Chantilly, VA, and the organization will provide training, mentorship, and business support before opening. The position offers the opportunity to build a clinic, develop a team, and participate in the long-term success of the practice.
Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
Current or pending BCBA license or certification required.
Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
Leadership experience is helpful, but training and development will be provided for the clinic launch.
