Integrated Home Care Services (IHCS) provides integrated home-based care solutions, including durable medical equipment, respiratory, home health, and home infusion services. The organization serves patients across the United States and Puerto Rico through a network of Medicare and Medicaid certified and accredited providers.
This role is responsible for the development, maintenance, and preservation of patient records and mail while maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with company policy, state and federal regulations, and HIPAA requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Filing or medical records experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to comply with patient confidentiality requirements and HIPAA regulations
