Medical Records Coordinator / Central Supply Coordinator

Willow Ridge Rehabilitation is hiring an experienced Medical Records Coordinator / Central Supply Coordinator for a full-time onsite role supporting resident care and facility operations.

The position is responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential resident medical records, supporting regulatory compliance, coordinating record audits, and managing facility supply inventory. The role works closely with nursing, administration, physicians, clinical staff, and other departments to help ensure efficient operations and high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include record maintenance, documentation audits, filing and confidentiality compliance, supply inventory control, ordering and tracking supplies, reconciliation of supply usage, and support for monthly and annual inventory processes. Additional duties may be assigned by leadership as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of healthcare or long-term care experience preferred • Training or experience in post-acute care health information management preferred • Previous experience with medical records, central supply, inventory management, or skilled nursing operations highly desirable • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare documentation, confidentiality, and medical records requirements • Understanding of medical records practices in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and complete assigned projects • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and basic mathematical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Professional demeanor with strong customer service and interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Comfortable using electronic systems for inventory, purchasing, reporting, scheduling, timekeeping, and administrative functions
