Nmble Medical is seeking an experienced Medical Biller (Contract) to support a small, patient-focused healthcare practice in the Indianapolis area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a close-knit environment where versatility and attention to detail are essential.

Manage end-to-end medical billing processes, including charge entry, claims submission, and payment posting.

Follow up on denied or rejected claims and resolve billing discrepancies.

Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding billing inquiries.

Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and healthcare regulations (HIPAA, etc.).

Assist with basic reporting and reconciliation tasks.

2+ years of medical billing experience, preferably in a small practice setting.

Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.

Experience working with EMR/EHR and billing software.

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

6 month contract (with potential extension).
