Nmble Medical is seeking a Medical Biller (Contract) to join a large, established healthcare organization in Grand Rapids. The role involves contributing to high-volume revenue cycle operations as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Process high volumes of insurance claims with accuracy and efficiency
Manage assigned billing queues within a team structure
Analyze and resolve claim denials, underpayments, and coding issues
Collaborate with coding, accounts receivable, and compliance teams to optimize workflows
Utilize reporting tools to track productivity and performance metrics

Qualifications:

Over 3 years of medical billing experience in a hospital or large group setting
Strong knowledge of payer rules, claim edits, and denial management
Experience with high-volume billing systems and workflow tools
Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Contract Details:

6-month contract with possible extension or conversion
Full-time hours preferred
