We are seeking a Medical Biller to join our team! You will work closely with clients to answer billing-related questions, process insurance billing forms, and collect necessary documentation. Responsibilities include assisting clients with insurance claims (private insurance and Medicaid/Medicare), processing necessary insurance forms, helping patients navigate billing and insurance processes, collaborating with physicians' offices and hospitals to obtain billing details, accurately entering billing and payment information, following up on client payments, answering phones, screening calls, and maintaining confidentiality.
