Medical Biller

Exciting full-time onsite role in Irving, Texas with no nights or weekends!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Patient Financial Representative to support Revenue Cycle operations and ensure timely, accurate resolution of patient accounts and outstanding balances.

This role plays a critical part in billing, collections, cash reconciliation, and account resolution while delivering exceptional service to internal teams, payors, and patients.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of healthcare revenue cycle / medical billing experience
• Experience in a multi-facility hospital business office environment preferred

Key skills required include a solid understanding of billing, collections, and payor regulations, excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, problem-solving ability, professionalism, and commitment to ethical standards.

Responsibilities include performing revenue cycle functions to meet or exceed productivity standards, reviewing and resolving account inquiries, collecting and verifying patient and payor information, ensuring compliance with regulations, documenting account activity, reviewing and correcting claim edits, resolving rejected claims, processing billing requests, following up with payors, researching and resolving denials, reconciling payments, and partnering with finance and vendor teams to resolve payment issues.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Post-secondary education preferred
