- CPR certification preferred, though not required
- Proficiency in EHR and billing software systems, ensuring familiarity with industry-standard tools
- Strong communication and mentoring skills to effectively engage and support students
- Teaching experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure instructional success
