They seek a qualified Medical Billing Specialist with 3 or more years of medical billing experience, self-motivation, excellent communication, positivity, and attention to detail.
Essential Functions:
- Work accounts receivable aging reports
- Post payments from insurance companies and patients
- Follow up with insurance for payment and processing
- Problem-solve claims issues proactively
- Write appeals for denials
- Work with patients regarding balances
- Enter charges and demographics
- Identify trends and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with administration to improve processes
- Represent the company professionally
- Maintain excellent customer service with clients and patients
