Essential Functions:

Work accounts receivable aging reports
Post payments from insurance companies and patients
Follow up with insurance for payment and processing
Problem-solve claims issues proactively
Write appeals for denials
Work with patients regarding balances
Enter charges and demographics
Identify trends and recommend corrective actions
Collaborate with administration to improve processes
Represent the company professionally
Maintain excellent customer service with clients and patients
