Akkodis is seeking a Medical Record Review Associate for a 6 month contract position based in the United States. This is a 100% remote opportunity.
The Medical Record Review Associate supports clinical review activities by reviewing medical records, interpreting clinical documentation, and maintaining workflow accuracy. Candidates ideally have a clinical background such as LPN or RN, strong attention to detail, and comfort working with digital tools remotely.
Work schedule is typically 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM local time zone with some possible overtime. There is a two-week mandatory training on an 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PST schedule after which flexible schedules may be selected.
Key responsibilities include ensuring excellent internal and external customer service, generating reports, participating in process improvements, resolving issues, collaborating across teams, adhering to SOPs, assisting with documentation and training, and managing escalations.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in a specialized related area, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual English/Canadian French skills are preferred.
Required equipment includes a capable PC with Windows 10+, dual monitors, headset, high-speed internet, and a quiet home workspace.
The position does not have conversion to full-time employment but may be extended beyond 6 months.

- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or 1-3 years equivalent work experience
