Responsibilities include maintaining the integrity of patient medical records, providing clerical support, processing signed and unsigned orders, forms, and key documents, and ensuring all documentation is saved correctly in the patient's medical record.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with computers, typing, and clerical skills required.
  • Basic technology skills including mobile device operation required.

Preferred:

  • Six months experience in medical records in a healthcare office highly preferred.

Additional requirements:

  • Valid state driver’s license.
  • Maintain automobile liability insurance as required.
  • Reliable transportation in good working condition.
  • Ability to safely drive in all weather conditions.
  • (For Oregon employees, driving requirements do not apply unless holding a clinical license.)
Requirements & Qualifications
