We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Medical Records Nurse (LPN) to join our team! This role is essential in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation that supports our high standards of care.

As a Medical Records Nurse, you will audit electronic medical records for proper, timely documentation required by state and company regulations. You will coordinate with clinical and medical staff to ensure documentation is complete and maintain audit spreadsheets for each resident. An active LPN license is required.
This role supports maintaining quality results, continuity of operations, client confidentiality, adherence to professional and regulatory standards, and enhancing the facility's reputation by adding value to job accomplishments.

Experience or willingness to work in a medical records audit role within a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
