Our office, My Root Doctor Endodontics in Clearwater, Florida, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join a busy specialty dental practice.

You will be responsible for making a positive and lasting first impression and bridging the gap between customer obsession and clerical management. Duties include welcoming patients, maintaining accurate patient records, answering incoming calls, checking and forwarding emails, updating records and files, and keeping the front desk tidy and presentable.

You will also help facilitate and coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.

No prior experience is required. The ideal candidate will be familiar with office machines (fax, printer, etc.), possess strong communication and organizational skills, problem-solving ability, customer service orientation, and have a high school diploma. A desire to help patients is essential.

Position base pay range: $19 - $21 per hour.
