Medical Management Support Specialist

Imagine360 is seeking a Medical Management Support Specialist to assist the Medical Management Supervisor by supporting non-clinical tasks and projects. The role includes assigning cases to clinical staff, transferring non-clinical and structuring clinical data, communicating professionally with external providers to request clinical documentation, conducting scripted outreach calls to clients for program enrollment information, assisting with Stop Loss communications, managing department emails, distributing program satisfaction surveys, running reports, maintaining team educational resources, mailing materials to members, processing returned mail, preparing new hire binders, organizing and attending meetings and trainings, processing participant assessments, and ensuring compliance with Medical Management policies and HIPAA/PHI guidelines. The position requires collaboration within a team to provide positive outcomes for members and clients and involves consistent accuracy and adherence to HIPAA training and procedures.

The role is 100% remote.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-1+ years experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with internet navigation and database software.
  • Preferred: prior administrative support experience in non-clinical healthcare operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to read and interpret HIPAA compliance and policy documents.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math and accounting principles knowledge.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in standardized situations.
  • Must complete HIPAA training annually.
