The Provider Enrollment Coordinator is an entry-level position providing essential administrative and operational support to the Provider Enrollment team. The role ensures timely and accurate processing of provider enrollment activities by monitoring mail systems, managing shared inboxes, and supporting directory audit completion. Attention to detail, organization, and consistent follow-through are critical. This position reports to the Provider Enrollment Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring enrollment systems including Medistreams to distribute incoming mail.
- Managing the Provider Enrollment Inbox to review emails, distribute requests, and ensure timely responses.
- Supporting provider directory audits by verifying data accuracy.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of enrollment activities.
- Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines.
- Escalating issues as needed.
- General administrative support and special projects.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Familiarity with provider enrollment processes is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow processes and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Salary: $20-22/hour
